Our direct client located in a northeast suburb of Cleveland, OH is looking for a detail-oriented and energetic IT Contracts and Vendor Management Analyst for a 12 month contract with the possibility for extensions (this position is open to REMOTE candidates). This well-known company needs help with their backlog of IT (software and hardware) procurement work - they're looking for a versatile resource who is comfortable working with a variety of IT vendors and business executives in order to understand technology roadmaps and comply with inventory control processes. This role requires good experience and understanding of the full Procurement process, but the emphasis will be on candidates who can analyze and facilitate strategic technology conversations between senior management and IT vendors. Day-to-day responsibilities: - Manages and monitors vendor performance per contract agreements - Develops SLAs and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for inclusion in contract negotiations. Drives continuous improvement in vendor performance against appropriate SLAs and KPIs. - Facilitates meetings between vendors and Company stakeholders (e.g., gathering requirements, identifying solutions, vendor performance) - Functions as the point of contact for contract and vendor service issues from business partners and assigned vendors - Administers the vendor feedback process, which includes collecting, integrating, analyzing and communicating information. Makes suggestions for process improvements.

Essential Skills:

- Experience with managing technology vendors in the areas of relationship management, contract management, financial management, risk management and vendor performance management: - Customer and Vendor Engagement; Must demonstrate strong relationship building skills and understand the enterprise IT procurement process - Issue and Incident Escalation Management - Facilitation of Business Reviews, Strategy Sessions including Product Road Mapping - Monitoring of Contract Deliverables (Including SLA s & Value-Adds) - Executing Contract Reviews (Annual or for changes) - Facilitate Contract Audit/Adherence Analysis - Supporting Vendor Performance Scorecards Artifacts and Events - Able to Coordinate Survey/Customer Satisfaction/NPS - Able to support Vendor Analytics - Some (minimally required) Experience with Contract Negotiations
