Carpenter and interior remodeler needed for residential, commercial renovation and repair work. Work will include rough and finish carpentry, some drywall install and finishing, kitchen and bathroom remodels and any other work needed to prepare properties for rent or sale.
You will need you own basic tools and transportation to various job sites.
You will be paid as a sub contractor and will have flexibility with your schedule.
Pay will be based on your experience and quality of work.
