We are a construction maintenance company that specializes in property preservation on interiors and exteriors of residential, commercial properties. We've been serving Northeastern Ohio for 10 years! Customer satisfaction is our top priority and we are looking for friendly, responsible and motivated individuals that are seeking full-time employment. Willing to train, but experience will dictate pay.
Job Description:
As a general laborer and journeyman, you will perform various tasks:
-carpentry
-cut grass
-masonry labor
-taping windows
-sanding
-scraping
-painting/staining
-power washing
-interior cleaning
-landscaping
-roofing labor
-etc
Job Requirements:
A qualified applicant will meet the following requirements:
-be 18+ years old
-have a current, valid Ohio driver's license
-be detail-oriented
-mechanically inclined is a must
-must be able to:
-lift at least 50 pounds
-stand for long periods without rest
-communicate clearly and effectively with customers and supervisors
-perform all duties on elevated structures such as climbing equipment and rooftops
Sub contractors must have their own equipment & must be able to complete a job without supervision in a timely manner.
If individuals wanting to join a crew wages will be determined by experience.
