Maintenance Technician – Property Management Company
We are a property management company seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
Perform maintenance service calls at occupied homes and apartment units
Complete a wide range of interior and exterior repairs, including but not limited to electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance tasks
Perform drain clearing and related plumbing work (must have proper tools and equipment)
Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor in occupied units
Qualifications:
Proven experience in property maintenance, repair, or related field
Strong skills in electrical, plumbing, and general handyman work
Must have drain-clearing tools and equipment
Ability to work independently and efficiently
