Radius Consultant Position
Radius Renovation Group manages rehab projects for real estate investors in over twenty states. We are seeking people with residential construction/rehab experience and/or single-family investor experience to assist Radius project managers on a project-by-project basis.
The Radius Consultant will work with in-field subcontractors to successfully deliver quality renovation projects with the assistance of the Project Manager. The Consultant will provide on-site inspections during renovation through to punch-list completion and will ensure the project meets schedule, budget and quality standards. Radius will train you on its policies, systems and processes in order to conduct this work.
This is a per-project consulting position. Radius will assign projects as they come available in your area.
Primary job responsibilities will include supervising subcontractors, and ensuring high quality standards are maintained throughout the construction process. Specific job responsibilities include:
Walking Projects, developing a Scope of Work
Meet with subcontractors and/or client representatives to walk projects, take a full set of photos, and assist with developing a comprehensive scope of work to deliver to Radius.
Project Oversight, Inspections
Once a project is approved, schedule site visits and inspect subcontractor work and ensure quality standards are met during renovation. Upon completion, walk the project to complete a QC Checklist with the contractors, ensuring any issues are addressed before the project is reported as done.
This position requires a self-motivated individual with the ability to be responsive and to communicate effectively with subcontractors and Radius staff. Residential construction experience and a strong work ethic are a must.
