We have a few positions open for both Owner Ops and Drivers to pull hoppers:
We offer 80/20 Leases with our trailer or 88/12 with yours. Trailers are late model Timpte's, air ride and vibrator equipped. Settlements are weekly, and we offer 24 hour pay as well. You should be able to do 3000 miles weekly and be able to stay out two weeks at a time. You must also have 3 years verifiable OTR experience and SOLID references. We have no age limit on tractors, but do expect your tractor to be clean, in good condition, and should be able to pass a level one inspection at any given time, as most of our miles are interstate. (Drivers receive a $300.00 bonus for clean Level One Inspections) We strive to keep our average loads around 600 to 1200 miles to keep down on wait time at shippers and receivers. Our fleet average is one of the top rates available. We are a not Broker, we are a Trucking Company but without the corporate BS. Off our fleet average last month, we were at $2.34 per running mile gross, loaded AND empty from your driveway to your driveway! Lease fees are not deducted from any fuel surcharges incurred or demurrage. Small company where everyone matters and youre not just a number. We do keep a few guys on our roster with their own equipment and authority as well, for a flat 10% dispatch fee. No Hazmat and No California, ever!
Drivers: We have a few trucks open if you need a seat. Same game as above, paid on a 1099, Occupational Hazard insurance available after 90 days at no cost, weekly settlements, and you will average between $.54 to $.58 per mile, LOADED and EMPTY. Our contract drivers routinely make $1400.00 to $1600.00 per week!
