We are a small repair center that has been in business for over 20 years and are currently looking for someone to fulfill our part time or full time bookkeeper/administrative position.
Examples of duties would include:
Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
Day to day projects
Requesting quotes
Scheduling appointments
Meeting clients
Compose professional/legal documents
Serve as back up to front desk administrator
Answering multi-line phones
Greeting and assisting customers
Skills required to apply:
Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook)
QuickBooks
Internet research
Basic office skills (faxing, scanning, printing, filing)
Organization
Prioritization
Office hours Monday - Friday 8:30-5:30.
Starting pay $14.00 - $16.00 (based on experience) with potential increases.
This is a smoke free and drug free environment.Background and or credit check will be performed.
