Job Title: Data Engineer Start Date: ASAP 6 month contract to begin 100% Remote Positions: 1 Description: Brief Description Primary job role will be to evaluate and report on configuration management datasets. Duties will include daily analysis of current drift state with escalation of new drift through the appropriate channels, evaluation of drift/data trends, identification of opportunities for data flow/quality improvements, and ensuring timely and accurate reporting.

Detailed Description
  • Creation of Python based data processing scripts that interact with a SQL database and various external API based systems.
  • Work to maintain established application code base, including UIs and API integrations
  • Work with other teams to enhance existing API integration and establish opportunities for new integrations.
  • Serve as Level 1 support for drift analysis. This will include following an established run book for drift identification, resolution, and escalation.
  • Work with Level 3 team members to resolve edge cases and identify opportunities for system improvements & optimization
  • Maintain and document data processing workflows, including Visio flowcharts, Word based guides, etc.
Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree - Ideally 3 years of professional SQL development OR 5 years of SQL developments, including home based projects, school projects, etc.
