Required Skills:

1+ years of experience working in Business Analytics related role

Experience with Application Development or process-focused projects

Experience working through all phases of an SDLC project from start to completion (requirements gathering, design, analysis, development, testing and deployment)

Experience working in a hybrid Waterfall / Agile environment

Experience writing story cards

Experience writing functional documents for IT teams within an organization

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required

Must have a go-getter mentality and be willing to jump into projects

Desired Skills:

Prior experience with WMS related projects (Blue Yonder [JDA/Red Prairie] or Manhattan preferred)

Experience configuring WMS to meet business requirements

Supply Chain experience

Experience with QA testing

Description of Role/Responsibilities:

We are looking for Business Analysts who want to join a growing, changing organization headquartered in Columbus, OH. This organization is running their projects using a Waterfall/Agile hybrid methodology but are trying to think in a more iterative, agile way. Ideal candidates will have experience configuring WMS to meet business requirements, exposure to QA testing, and will have written functional documents for IT teams within an organization. This position will be required to travel 70% of their time to different business partner company sites across the US.
