- Excellent Agile scrum knowledge. Should be able to work with product owner as his/her proxy
- Experience to discuss business requirements with client / product owner and write independent user story
- Should be able to estimate the user story along with scrum team
- Strong in communication. Should be able to communicate the requirement to team clearly
- Experience to support scrum master / project manager for sprint planning
- Very good experience to handle requirement changes and highlight the same to all respective stack holder(s)
- Bachelors or Master's Degree
- 5+ years of experience writing requirements
- Strong analytical skills, work ethic, independence, problem solving ability, effective communication skills, and over-all positive attitude.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
