This position will function as a highly skilled CGA with specific responsibilities that include: Creates automated geographic information system (GIS) processes to streamline workflows or system integrations Creates automated GIS processes to support data QAQC procedures Adheres to SDLC best practices in the development of automated processes Uses adaptive / iterative development to refine automated procedures based on customer feedback, to enhance procedure performance, or meet other needs Performs complex data analysis Creates dashboards, reports, webmaps or other similar products Ensures required documentation is complete Collaborates with technical teams to ensure stability of solutions Provides technical support & troubleshooting assistance to the RIMS data editing team Adheres to agency data standards 1. Strong communication skills. 2. Have the ability to gather, interpret and translate business requirements into a functional solution 3. Have excellent oral and written skills/possess strong meeting and work session skills. 4. Have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, the ability to manage time and resources to meet assigned deadlines. 5. Have excellent organizational skills, proven analytical, planning, problem solving, and decision-making skills. 6. Demonstrate proven experience in troubleshooting with little supervision. 7. Must be knowledgeable in the English language/speak clearly and understandably use the English language. REQUIRED: 4-year college degree or equivalent technical study. 5 years of ESRI ArcGIS for Desktop experience 2 years of Python, Model Builder, or FME experience (or similar) 1 year SQL queries
