The CCB (Consumer & Community Banking) Privacy Office and COE (Center of Excellence) are looking for a CCB Privacy Governance and COE Lead that will report to the CCB Privacy Program Manager. The Process Manager Sr. will be an active member of the CCB Privacy Program and will partner with privacy stakeholders across CCB in support of the Firm-wide Personal Information and Data Risk Management policies.Following the Global Data Risk Management model, CCB adopted a Privacy Operating Model that relies on Workstreams and Privacy Champions across CCB to demonstrate adherence to privacy requirements. The Privacy COE is tasked with implementing and maintaining this operating model, continuously educating and increasing awareness of privacy matters across CCB and providing governance and oversight to the CCB workforce in complying with privacy requirements.The CCB Privacy Governance Process Manager Sr will be responsible for:Managing the oversight and management of the CCB Privacy Governance and related programs

Managing the maintenance of the CCB Privacy Operating Model to provide effective oversight, assisting the business to identify and manage privacy risks, controls and issues

Managing a team of governance and COE business process analyst

Creating and updating meeting materials and resources in support of the CCB Privacy Governance framework (which includes: Privacy Workstream and Sub LOB Privacy Champion meetings) in order to oversee and execute against privacy-related activities as outlined by the CCB Privacy Governance Operating Model

Leading meetings and effectively leverage influencing skills to help CCB Privacy stakeholders achieve privacy related goals and objectives

Managing the established Legal & Regulatory Change Management (LRCM) process to assess privacy related Regulatory Events (REs) and the impact to CCB

Gathering, reviewing and preparing updates tied to privacy KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), KRIs (Key Risk Indicators) and subsequent metrics in support of monthly CCB Privacy COE meetings

Reviewing work plans and documentation prepared by Workstreams and Privacy Champions to demonstrate CCB operational readiness and provide input and guidance as needed

Identifying and helping to implement key initiatives that provide centralized support and efficiencies to the CCB Workforce for privacy matters

Leading and guiding ad hoc projects aligned to the CCB Privacy COE

Overseeing updates and enhancements to the CCB Privacy COE SharePoint site in connection with key deliverables and /or privacy related projects

Managing expansion opportunities within the existing CCB Privacy COE framework and creating efficiencies as needed.

Qualifications / required experience:Minimum 8 years of experience in either a Governance role for of a large program

Understanding of Controls, Compliance & Monitoring testing and Issue Management processes strongly preferred

Familiarity with the Legal & Regulatory Change Management process and Enterprise Library Application (ELA) preferred

Ability to successfully operate across businesses and functions with strong influencing and relationship management skills

Strong organization and time management skills

Strong leadership attributes combined with effective project management skills

Proven ability to work under time constraints and manage competing priorities tied to business and regulatory demands

Proven ability to work independently but also collaborate with privacy partners and stakeholders when warranted (i.e.: Compliance, Legal and Risk partners)

Proven ability to interact and engage with senior level stakeholders across CCB (and other LOBs across the bank as needed)

Comfortable navigating through uncertainty and driving to create clarity and consensus

Skilled in Microsoft Office applications, PowerPoint and the ability to manipulate Excel spreadsheets and data in order to tell the "right" story

Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication and organization skills including attention to detail with the ability to succinctly communicate requirements to LOBs and senior executives with appropriate presentation materials.

Strong organizational and prioritization skills

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with people at all levels across all functions

Able to liaise with senior management, reporting on project milestones, key deliverables and obtaining key stakeholder sign-offs

Able to manage both the broad strategic vision and the details needed to execute

Strong analytical skills, able to provide strategic insight, helping to shape the vision and agenda for the Privacy COE

Intellectual curiosity with a proactive and creative problem-solving mindset

Demonstrates integrity in work product and personal interactions

Excellent relationship management skills
