We have over 65,000 employees and a presence in virtually every country around the world to address some of the most challenging global health issues.Job Grade: JG1 - H05PCP Level: 3Essential Functions:Responsible for the cleaning and sanitation of Hypak SCF Syringe Processing areas. This includes SCF Barrel Clean Rooms, Finals Inspection area, Stopper Clean Rooms, RNS Clean Rooms and Gowning Rooms. Regular, punctual attendance is an essential job function. Ability to speak, read and write English. Ensures compliance with BD quality systems, policies, procedures and practices and all local, state, federal and BD safety regulations, policies and procedures.RESPONSBILITIES:Clean SCF, RNS, Stopper, Finals Inspecting, Casepack, and Window Load areas.
Stock jumpsuits, gowns, hoods, gloves, and masks in the Clean Rooms.
Replace sticky mats twice per assigned schedule.
Utilize power sweeper in all areas on a daily basis.
Lead the activity of the cleaning crews during July and December shutdowns.
Respond to and coordinate cleaning efforts due to Clean Room depressurization.
Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:Listing 2 years manufacturing experience in lieu of HSD/GED
Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
Must be able to stand/walk for majority of shift.
