Job Description:

Client is looking for a Guidewire SME who has - Comfortable interacting and leading UST and business team members in complex discussions around Guidewire product capabilitiesWork closely with Management team to promote Guidewire Practice capabilitiesBe the primary point of contact, organize, and lead assigned Guidewire RFP, strategy overall response, calendar, time line and approvals Establish relationships and present to C-level executives in the property and casualty insurance industry Lead Inception phase for assigned Guidewire transformations and upgradesAbility to drive program processes and solve issues as they arise Comfortable interacting with both technical and functional teams onshore and offshore Comfortable managing dependencies with other programs and projectsCoordinate documentation and presentation of marketing materials or accelerators for the Guidewire practice Dissect Guidewire process flows drive down to Level 2 and Level 3 process flows for a clientDemonstrate working knowledge of Data, Organizational Change Management, Process Reengineering efforts, and Quality Assurance Adhoc consulting requestsUnderstand and empathize with customer challenges and provide guidance, roadmap, and alternative optionsPresent at trade events Clear and concise status reporting to client and internal stakeholders Background,

Knowledge and experience:
  • Proven Consultative Selling Skills Technology presales or direct sales of experience
  • 10+ years working in Auto insurance
  • 5+ years of functional or technical experience with Guidewire products, including PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter
  • Intermediate+ skills with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word- proven ability to modify and create PowerPoint slides
  • Tangible experience working with Guidewire implementation methodologies or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) · Residing near a major airport with 60% to 70% Travel to Client and Prospect Locations
