Required Skills:

2+ years' experience working in a technical support or customer service related role

Must be flexible with hours and availability (after hours, company holidays, etc.)

Experience troubleshooting Windows 10 and iOS devices

Must have strong examples of providing excellent customer service

Strong level of patience and ability to break down technical information into a non-technical way

Working knowledge of desktop & laptop configurations, hardware components, and basic networking concepts.

Willingness to learn about new technologies

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Desired Skills:

Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience

A+ or Net+ certification

Description of Role/Responsibilities:

We are seeking a Helpdesk Analyst to join our client's technical support team in Columbus, OH. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to gain professional experience working in fast-paced environment who has worked in either a customer service center or on another technical helpdesk prior. You will be responsible for troubleshooting various technical issues both over the phone an in person while expressing excellent customer service qualities.
