Our HRBP Director is responsible for providing leadership to the Senior Operations Leadership team in Kentucky, Ohio and Indiana and will provide supervision of the HR Business Partner team. This position will work collaboratively and consultatively with operational leaders. The HRBP Director partners with other HR Centers of Excellence including, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, and People Services. This position understands the industry and Dungarvin business to help shape HR initiatives.WHAT YOU WILL DO:Effectively build strong relationships with operations supervisors to address and mitigate employee or manager concerns. Actively propose new areas in which HR may add value.Develop a high level of business knowledge and strong partnership with employees and managers on HR-related matters. Assist with the strategic planning to ensure the company is well-positioned for growth and expansion of services. Oversee the implementation of effective employee recruitment and retention strategies in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.Assure human resources functions comply with regulatory standards
