Responsible for performing facility HR functions in accordance with policies and procedures and applicable federal, state and local laws, guidelines and regulations and as directed by the Administrator or designee.

• Assists in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, and evaluating HR activities within the facility.
• Assists department heads with staffing needs to include active recruiting.
• Promotes the implementation of facility-sponsored recruitment and retention programs; assists department heads in the development and implementation of programs designed to improve staff recruitment and retention
• Assures that all personnel are informed of established HR and payroll practices.
• Maintains workers compensation programs.
• Manages benefits program.

Qualifications

• Preferred to be a high school graduate and have a college education in HR or business.
• Experience: Must have experience in HRor a related field.
• Recruitment experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation
• Must be a good communicator.
