Chase Digital is looking for a profoundly engaged designer to join us. In this role, you will be part of a multi-disciplinary team of strategy, design, content and research committed to designing the future of banking.This is a hands-on design role that requires a deep understanding of experience design for digital customer facing products and services of all kinds, sizes, shapes and contexts. You will be working in a fast-paced environment alongside our design systems, data analyst, architecture, product and engineering teams to deliver new experiences through effective artifacts from customer journeys and ecosystem maps to clickable prototypes, wireframes and pixel-perfect deliverables. A balanced understanding of research, data, interaction and visual design is a must for the role.Finally, a user-centric view is paramount for the role, you must be a customer experience advocate, excited about improving our customer's lives through simple, innovative, intelligent and enriching digital products and experiences.Qualifications:3-5 years of UX experience, designing for native mobile and web responsive web experiences

BFA or equivalent experience

A strong portfolio of work emphasizing user-centric design approach that involves end-to-end customer journeys, native interaction patterns, iteration of designs for rapid testing, and visual design

Ability to effectively explain design solutions with rationale rooted in user needs and business goals

Understanding of how design translates to code

Proven understanding of the relationships between cross platform, web responsive, native mobile (iOS & android) and tablet, platform paradigm and technology

Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, team-oriented, cross-functional environment

Ability to influence others and provide thought leadership on design

Actively listens, hears and understands what is said and not said, and with nuanced comprehension of meaning and intent

Team work: Develops and sustains effective and cooperative working relationships with teammates, managers and stakeholders, including product and engineering

Commitment to inclusivity and openness to feedback

Exceptional skills with standard UX software such as Figma and Principle
