Java Developer

(Messaging, Protocols, TCP stack, Security Encryption) Location: Columbus OH Duration: 6 months

Java engineer strong in messaging, protocols, TCP stack and security encryption. Anyone that comes from the backend, Banking transactions will be the right person.

Responsibilities: They'd be supporting an existing client's customizing VTE software (Vynamic Transaction Engine). Must have:
  • Java and JEE
  • Modern build environments (pref. Gradle or similar)
  • TCP stack, modern protocols (HTTP/SOAP/REST), queues (MQs), Kafka
  • Relational databases (pref. Oracle)
  • Basic security aspect (SSL, symmetric/asymmetric encryptions)
  • Agile/SCRUM
    • Nice to have

  • Cloud/Distributed system technologies (Docker & K8s or similar; public clouds)
  • Design patterns for advanced topics (data replication, data persistence, data modeling)
