- Java/Java 8 , Spring Core, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, REST API, Microservices, Oracle, SQL
- At least 5 years of experience in working Java/J2EE
- Good in Java and Java8 experience
- Good understanding of Microservice architecture
- Knowledge of working Spring, Spring Core, Spring MVC, Spring Boot
- Experience in production support role and application monitoring
- Good Knowledge of SQL
- Work in close liaison with vendor teams to get resolution for issues identified with the product/application.
- Drive and participate in root-cause analysis of recurring incidents.
- Provide end-user support that includes working directly with end-user for case resolution, coordinating stakeholder discussions, updating user documentation or conducting training.
- Monitor and trend key production metrics and alerts using advanced proactive monitoring tools.
- Identify improvement areas and evaluate use of new technologies in production.
- Assist in research and troubleshooting of production issues (all severities).
- Assist in identification of system improvements to reduce support case volume.
- Identify opportunities for automation in the existing business processes
