3 Positions) Oracle OTM Consultants (Oracle Transportation Management) Cincinnati, OH (Initial remote) 6 Months+ Long Term " OTM Consultant: Minimum 4-7 years' OTM technical and/or functional experience. Must have functional and techno functional experience in OT and/or Global Transportation Management implementation and/or have supported projects dealing with these systems, and/or have worked on OTM Release 6.x: Must have strong technical and functional knowledge of the latest OTM Application modules such as (without limitation) order management, OTM finance, shipment management and automation agents. Must have knowledge of preparing mapping document to interface OTM system with EDI, WMS, order management and finance systems, and be able to translate the functional specifications into design specifications for the Offshore Delivery Centre. Must have ability to write SQL statements for automation agents and other technical topics. Must be able to have basic knowledge of xsl/jspx. Experience in end to end OTM life cycle/implementation and OTM architecture will be preferred; and Location of posting shall be subject to DPDHL business requirements; and Must be able to work under the guidance of senior Resources. Senior OT Consultant: Minimum 7-10 ears' OTM technical and/or functional experience Must be able to contribute in a functional or technical capacity in OTM projects. Must have a deep understanding of technology, industry best practices, multiple business processes and architectural patterns to be able to develop optimal solutions for DPDHL and its customers. Must be able to contribute to the design of business processes and application configuration for OTM modules based on industry best practices. Must be able to interact with the key end users and business owners to map applications to standard business processes and conduct gap analysis. Must be able to provide the best business solution to DPDHL for the gaps identified. Must be able to support all formal documentation of solutions. Must be able to lead and/ support all solution activities including testing and verification. Must be able to contribute to the training and development of key users. Must be able to manage and guide the Project team with technical and functional inputs. Must adhere to the project policies and guidelines. Must have ability to write SQL statements for automation agents and other technical topics. Must be able to coach and guide junior Resources. Must have at least two (2) full lifecycle implementation experience. Must be able to lead customer workshops; and Hands on experience on JSPX/XSL will provide additional advantage"
