- Operational reporting including the definition, development and support of reports, KPIs and metrics
- Support of complex, high volume data queries and analysis
- Visioning, creation and support of Operational Dashboards
- Ad-hoc and Regulatory reporting data requests
- Collaborate with our Operating Company customers, Customer Operations peers and IT partners driving for continuous improvement.
- Root cause analysis, investigation and support of meter data related issues
- Conducts end-user training, and takes the lead on projects of moderate complexity.
- Demonstrates initiative and a questioning mindset
- Advanced competency in PC skills such as Microsoft Office and AEP applications and software.
- Advanced proficiency in querying languages (SQL, QMF) and MS Excel, MSAccess are a must
- Reporting tool experience such as Cognos, PowerBI, etc.
