- Provide team leadership for technical staff, including technology and administrative oversight
- Oversee work estimation and assignment in a Scrum / Agile environment
- Participate in account engagement activities including reporting, status updates, and customer-facing status meetings
- Provide team guidance on technology, software development best practices, strong development background, working knowledge of development solutions on Microsoft platforms, and organizational policies and procedures
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- System analysis experience on an IT project with a minimum of 10 team members
- Experience with multi-tier applications in state or federal government projects
- Microsoft technology certifications
- Experience leading software technical teams in a Microsoft technology environment, including Azure DevOps, CRM, .NET, Dynamics, Office365, Microsoft Teams, and Web technology platforms and solutions
- Demonstrated experience with Agile delivery methodology managing a team of 5-10 software engineers
- Experience as an architect / designer for Microsoft technology platform solutions
- Experience with software development life cycles, software test methodology and strategy
