- Deploy Office/Microsoft 365 Environments
- Deploy Azure AD Environments
- Deploy advanced Microsoft 365 Services including Enterprise and Mobility
- Architect Office/Microsoft 365 Service Environments
- Maintenance of On-Premise and Azure Active Directory environments including Group Policies
- Deployment of Infrastructure improvements on Client environments
- Assist in maintaining and deploying other Client applications and environments
- Leading initiatives for researching and deploying new applications
- Leading IT Projects for Clients
- Coordinating various IT Staff and Operations
- Provide guidance and leadership as a Senior staff member of the team
- Assist in managing Support Services and related deliverables
- Working with End-Users and Vendors to support applications and environments
- Working with Client Stakeholders on strategy and vision
- Meeting regularly with Clients and attend Client meetings and engaging Executive Management
- Supporting Client initiatives remotely and on-premise
- Routine network maintenance in various Microsoft environments
- Knowledge on Virtualized server environments: VMware vCenter 6.x, 7.x, vSphere.
- Knowledge on Backup and replication systems (Veeam is preferred)
- Knowledge on Monitoring and alerting platforms (Solarwinds, Mictrosoft SCOM ) and best practices
- System and data integration best practices, cloud computing
- Knowledge on Network topologies, network equipment, routing/switching protocols & security services.
- ITIL, VDI, EMM solutions (AirWatch and MaaS360 preferred)
- Cisco UCS, Dell, HP
- Microsoft SQL Server
- Configure system solutions in a manner to foster maintainability in a team environment.
- Quickly learn and apply technology is required.
- Work in a distributed environment (at least 60+ sites, 5000+ users)
- Strong interpersonal skills, including teamwork and team building.
- Strong analytical, technical, troubleshooting, written & verbal skills.
- Previous experience in standing up new tenants.
- Completing tenant to tenant migration activities
- Strong experience with email and Teams migrations
