- Payments Industry thought leader with at least 12+ years of Industry experience
- Strong Experience in E2E cards processing – Issuing, Acquiring, chargeback, origination, dispute management and Settlement.
- Knowledge of US payment systems like RTP, ACH, Zelle and Payment modernisation initiatives.
- Experience in working with emerging payments, -Digital wallets – Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, Visa/ MC tokenization services, Cloud bases payments, blockchain.
- Experience working with Visa/ MC, PLCC, Co-branded, Merchant Loyalty programs and digital currencies.
- SWIFT Standards: Knowledge of SWIFT architecture, messaging middleware design and ISO 20022/ 8583.
- Hands on experience in building and integrating with mPOS, POS, Switches, Clover, payment gateways and Payment Hubs
- Experience with gateway products not limited to PayPoint, Payeezy and IPG.
- Prior experience of working Cards system- Vision plus, TSYS etc.
- Hand on experience working with microservices/ API’s, open banking and Card aggregator models.
- Ability to manage large complex projects and liaise with senior stakeholders, technical architects to business stakeholders on the projects,
- Experience on working with all type of devices & Operating systems- Mobile, Tab all sizes.
- Has entrepreneur spirit with ability to adopt & adjust quickly to grow the fast-changing payments environment.
- Ability to innovate and rapidly build solution accelerators, MVP & frameworks to drive nonlinear growth.
- Client facing, and presentation skills are a must
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to develop and maintain effective relationships with product team, development team and the management team.
- Aware of technology trends like AI/ML, robotics, cloud etc and its Impact to Payments
- Analyse information from varying perspectives, establishes the pivotal element of an issue and reaches a logical conclusion through the process
