Required Skills:

7+ years of Project/Program Management roles

Must have led multiple work streams within the same Program

Experience with at least 1 larger POS work stream project

Experience managing multiple timelines, dependencies and vendors

Experience giving realistic, accurate project status updates to upper management

Understanding of Project Management best practices but have the ability to change course depending on project

Ability to work in a quickly changing, fast-paced environment

Desired Skills:

PMP or other relevant Project Management certifications

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Business or similar field

Experience leading projects where NCR was the main implementer

Description of Role/Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Program Manager who is comfortable leading multiple work streams concurrently. This project is slated to run throughout all of 2022 and is a FULLY REMOTE opportunity. Ideal candidates will have experience with at least one project that was a Point of Sale initiative. Responsibilities will include managing timelines, dependencies, keeping project spreadsheet current, giving updates to leadership, etc. There are multiple moving pieces and parts within this implementation so candidates must be flexible and able to come up with a Plan B if the initial timeline gets moved back for whatever reason.
