Position Title: Project Manager

Required Skills:

4+ years of Project Management experience

Experience with Organizational Change Management

Experience working in a mixture of Agile and Waterfall environments

Experience leading a mixture of App Dev, Infrastructure and Process driven projects

Must be comfortable interacting with the company's business partners on any kind of project

Experience managing project budgets

Experience overseeing 3-5 concurrent projects

Ability to lead multiple projects and once and wear multiple hats

Must have experience in a fast-paced environment

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Must have a go-getter mentality and be willing to jump into projects

Desired Skills:

Retail Project Management experience

Experience working in multiple organizations

Description of Role/Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Project Manager who want to join a growing, changing organization headquartered in Columbus, OH. This organization is running their projects using a mixture of Waterfall and Agile methodologies. Ideal candidates will have solid Project Management fundamentals, have worked with Organizational Change Management, and have the ability to confidently and comfortably interact with the company's business partners on any kind of project. Candidates who have past experience working in a retail environment and both App Dev, Infrastructure and Process projects will be given priority.
