Proficient in the following: § Project Task Estimation § Resource Scheduling § Risk and Issue Management § Waterfall and Agile methods § Work breakdown and critical path method § Stakeholder Management § Critical Thinking (anticipates problems and establishes methods to mitigate project/program risks) § Budget/Financial Management including Business Case completion § Executive communications for senior management This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including: Skills and Characteristics • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • 3+ years of Strong leadership skills with exceptional communication and presence • 3+ years of Advanced knowledge of multiple IT control and project management practices, and experience working across large environments • Ability to translate detailed technical requirements into clear and concise risk descriptions and control expectations • Ability to work with practitioners and communicate effectively with senior management • Ability to collaborate with high-performing teams and individuals throughout the firm and across LOBs to accomplish common goals • Risk management experience • Flexible and adaptive; strong relationship building and influencing skills • Strong logical, analytical and quantitative mind-set and skills • Technically curious and self-educator Preferred • Experience in information security domains, including policies and standards, risk and control assessments, access controls, regulatory compliance, technology resiliency, risk and control governance and metrics, incident management, secure systems development lifecycle, vulnerability management and data protection • Frontline business experience (e.g. Investment Banking, Asset Management, Private Banking) • Experience in in analyzing regulatory requirements • Experience of business continuity management and planning • Knowledge of industry best practice(s) • Proficient with MS Office toolset, with advance Excel experience a must Support resiliency governance and the Control Domain Authority by: o Develop and enhance procedures and controls in support of the firmwide Technology Resiliency program, including emerging risks and regulatory obligational changes o Consult with the Lines of Business (LOBs) to assist in the development of technology resiliency control procedures including supporting documentation o Proactively review and report on the completeness of the control environment against relevant industry standards and best practices as well as against evolving threats and\\or evolving new technologies o Partner with Resiliency leads to help defined, document and test technology resiliency requirements, including post-mortem / root-cause analysis o Regularly monitor, track, and report on control procedures changes to the control environment and assist lines of business to be in an audit ready state o Proactively review all technology resiliency procedural changes likely to impact resiliency operations and report through governance process reporting (e.g., planned system migrations, major technology releases, new products, new applications, etc.) o Monitor and report resiliency operational key metrics health and raise awareness of residual risk exposure o Assist in the identification of Technology Resiliency risks - develop/document mitigation and monitor issue action plans through resolution o Assist, monitor and enforce enterprise frameworks and methodologies that relate to technology controls /
