As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for the management of complex technology related programs and projects that require enablement of strategic solution across applications, accounts, and users. The Access Management Program supports GTI control requirements necessary to reduce Risk to the firm. This technical role requires the project manager to have the ability to understand and manage enablement of access control measures across multiple teams, systems and applications. You will be driving the delivery of Access Management; Identity and Access, projects in the portfolio across all services working closely with multiple GTI & LOB technology teams while interfacing with senior managers and stakeholders in the organization within a significant program. Strong leadership, excellent oral and written communications, and the ability to remain calm and perform under pressure are a must have.

Technical Skills and Work experience: • Project Management: Knowledge and experience in Project Management Methodology (min 2-5 years) • IAM: Knowledge and experience of the Identity & Access Management (IAM) Domain (min 1 years) • Data Analysis - Understand, interpret, validate, manipulate, data using excel and other tools, and present conclusions to the key stakeholders. • Technical Project Management experience including solid knowledge of Identity and Access Management controls, principles, methods preferred • Solid understanding of access requests, access provisioning and access certification processes • Familiarity with Strategic IAM tools. • Excellent multitasking and prioritizing skills with ability to execute on multiple, simultaneous, complex applications • Excellent oral and written communication skills across functions and teams, • Strong technical analytic skills • Strong leadership and negotioan skills • Strong knowledge of IT Environment

Key Responsibilities: • Responsible for onboarding / enabling of applications to Strategic IAM tools • Analyze current access management model of applications, identify gaps, and suggest solutions for onboarding to strategic IAM tools • Document and present use cases for capabilities missing to support application onboarding • Responsible for development of requirements documentation and targets accordingly • Keep all projects tasks on track. Escalates decisions to workstream lead as necessary • Detect and solve project issues effectively • He/she must make sure proper project management standards and rigor is applied • Prepares and/or provides project reporting, metrics, scorecards, etc. • Leads technical projects from initiation through implementation • Highly organized to cope with heavy demand and challenging situations.

Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in technology or information security or other related area preferred • 2+ years of related technology experience working with multiple technologies and complex, large scale, cross-functional project management
