Join us and together we will drive the future of health care.This is an exceptional opportunity to do innovative work that means more to you and those we serve at one of America's leading health benefits companies and a Fortune Top 50 Company.Provider Collaboration Mgr Sr is responsible for executing local market provider collaboration strategies, recruiting and contracting providers for advanced alternative payment models, providing operational and analytical support for the implementation and ongoing performance of value based programs. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

Provides support for assigned provider contracts; high degree of advanced analytical and problem solving skills required.

Negotiates provider contracts; financial and quality performance terms and targets

Manage and oversee the value based program provider onboarding process.

Obtains and analyzes financial cost of care and quality metrics performance, and prepares reports to providers on the impact and key drivers of performance and improvement opportunities.

Support and facilitates value based JOCs (Joint Operating Committee meetings).

Develops and maintains contact database and disseminates communications to providers as necessary.

Aggregate and analyze provider data from various sources to recommend and implement solutions to assist with provider collaboration activities.

Collaborates with provider contractors, network relations reps, and other local and enterprise cross functional teams to meet provider service needs.

Encourages providers to act on patient outreach opportunities.

Qualifications Requires a BA/BS degree; 5 years’ experience in health care, finance, analytics, practice management, managed care, provider contracting, clinical quality improvement; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
