- 8-10 years SAP BASIS experience
- Should have experience in supporting large retail customers
- Strong experience in SAP ECC and Netweaver upgrade
- Experience in handling large SAP environments (ECC, BW, PO, Portal and Solution Manager) and maintaining 24x7 availability
- Experience in SAP PO 7.5 installation, maintenance and configuration
- Must have knowledge in SAP IDM 8.0 with hands on experience - Provisioning, job definition and scripting, error handling, troubleshooting, upgrade and end to end implementation experience.
- Must have performed at least one Solution Manager 7.2 upgrade with configuration experience in Technical monitoring, alerting and reporting.
- Experience in Redwood - install, configure, troubleshooting, job definitions and scheduling.
- Experience in AIX, Windows Operating Systems as a SAP server platform in a clustered environment
- Experience in Oracle RAC and MS SQL server databases
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Oncall support on rotation basis
