Position Title:

Senior Analyst

Required Skills:

5+ years in an Analyst capacity

Solid understanding of ITSM and Service Delivery best practices

Experience documenting technical issues then issuing communication updates

Experience coordinating, facilitating and leading team meetings

Experience working with external vendors

Excellent follow up skills and attention to details

Go-getter mentality and ability to wear multiple hats

Ability to work in a quickly changing, fast-paced environment

Desired Skills:

Prior Retail/Restaurant experience

Experience working with NCR

Experience reading vendor contracts

ITSM Certifications

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Business or similar field

Description of Role/Responsibilities:

We are looking for an Analyst who enjoys wearing multiple hats and wants to join an innovative project. The selected individual will be responsible for documenting technical issues, creating and putting out communication updates around the project, coordinating updates and working closely with internal stakeholders and internal vendors. There are multiple moving pieces and parts to this organization so we need highly motivated individuals. Those candidates who have ITSM and Service Delivery in their background will be given priority. If you are looking to contribute immediately, then this could be the new challenge for you!
