USD85,000-USD115,000Oversight of a single or multiple projects at once

Mentoring, training, and assisting newer employees on the firms processes, procedures, and standards

Lead client meetings from initial estimating/preconstruction phase and throughout the full construction process to ensure effective communication and relationship building

Analyze risks, necessary materials, budgets, schedules, and subcontractors to evaluate timelines and the best course of action for the project and client

Organize, track, and maintain accurate and complete project documentation, related files, drawings, materials, and correspondence.

Delegate tasks to support staff as needed

Review and process change orders

Coordinate site walk-thrus, punch lists, and close out items

Experience in light industrial, healthcare, offices, multifamily, and/or government projects

Bachelor's Degree preferred

Experience leading ground up construction projects $20M+ in scope

Familiarity with estimating and project management software

Knowledge of local subcontractors and municipality requirements

Organized and effective communicator
