DescriptionManagement Resources is looking for Senior Financial Analysts that want to make an impact on the trajectory of our clients’ business in the Columbus area.The Senior Financial Analyst role provides for the opportunity to dive deep into analytics critical to the groups success and aid strategic decision making. The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for providing financial visibility and analytical support, and developing actionable management reports.The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of creating strong and trusted relationships across the organization and communicating with senior leadership. Additionally, the candidate should have excellent attention to detail while being able to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Responsibilities for the Senior Financial Analyst:Provide Regional Sales VP and Functional Marketing VP business partner support including monthly, quarterly, annual and long-range planning, including global Sales and Marketing headcount planning and programs spendSupport the Sales and Marketing team in understanding business results, including variance relative to plan and historical performanceAnalyze bookings, revenue and lead data and provide timely and accurate financial recommendations to management with specific focus on trends, risks and opportunitiesMonitor financial and Sales and Marketing business performance, highlight trends across key performance indicators and investigate abnormalitiesPartner Sales and Marketing business partners to understand their business needs and the respective financial impactStreamline reporting and planning processes through automation, consolidation and quality improvementsAssist accounting with month/quarter closeIf interested in learning more about this Senior Financial Analyst position or other consulting opportunities with Robert Half Management Resources, please email or call Resource Manager Brian Farrell at brian.farrell@rhmr.com or 614-224-1660.RequirementsExperience needed:-2+ year experience in Financial Planning & Analysis-Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA highly preferred-Proven understanding of GAAP in constructing financial reports-Strong leadership skills required-Excellent verbal and writing abilities-Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
