Job DescriptionAs a Staff Consultant on the Client Relationships team, you will consult with clients on comprehensive service line workflows, including current state and future state, and work with client to map out stop-start-continue processes to determine how the system will be designed and tested. You will identify, resolve, and report solution status, risks, and issues to the client and project leadership, coach clients on data collection and system design requirements and analyze to determine optimal solution build and implementation. You will also consult with internal project and organizational teams to bi-directionally share configuration status, project timelines and project updates, and verify configuration requests. As a key member of the team you will maintain client relationships and navigate through conflict and complex relationship situations to achieve business objectives, coach and mentor associate consultants and supporting internal team initiatives.ResponsibilitiesAs a member of a project team, follows standard practices and procedures to consult to the PathNet module and provide quality work products to deliver functional and technical solutions on applications and technology installations. Work involves some problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying relevant Oracle methodologies and practices. Implements Oracle products and technology in various industries to meet customer specifications.Basic QualificationsAt least 5 years total combined higher education and related work experience, including:

At least 1 year of healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support and/or other client-facing or HCIT solution work experience

At least 4 years of higher education and/or additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job

Preferred QualificationsA Bachelor’s degree

ExpectationsWilling to travel up to 80% of the time as needed

Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Kansas City Metropolitan area; or live within 60 miles of an approved virtual city

Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations

Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position

Perform other responsibilities as assigned

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated location(s)California Pay Range: from $27.64 to $58.17 per hour; from $57,500 to $121,000 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.Colorado Pay Range: from $25.00 to $52.36 per hour; from $52,000 to $108,900 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.New York City Pay Range: from $28.03 to $55.24 per hour; from $58,300 to $114,900 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.Washington Pay Range: from $28.99 to $55.24 per hour; from $60,300 to $114,900 per annum.
