Strategy & Business Services LeadEnterprise Infrastructure Services (EIS) focuses on the end-to-end engineering and operations of our critical systems and products as well as production management activities, including incident, problem, change and crisis management processes, and asset lifecycle management.The Strategy and Business Services Lead for the EIS Risk and Controls team sits within Global Technology Infrastructure EIS. This is a highly visible role with responsibilities to coordinate efforts across the EIS Risk & Controls team as well as interacting with GTI and other corporate functions.This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including: Perform all aspects of business management including monthly forecasting and reporting, headcount planning and tracking, organization optimization and budget planning Ensure alignment to leadership's key agenda items, discussion topics, strategy and objectives Provide a high level of responsiveness to executive requests related to project management, presentation development, and business analysis Build strong relationships and partner effectively with EIS Risk and Control Management, team members and external stakeholders across EIS & GTI to understand projects and drive next steps Organize complex information in a strategic and compelling way, demonstrating strong design acumen and expertise in Excel and PowerPoint techniques Participate in collaborative sessions with team members and managers, looking for ways to continually simplify, improve, and add value to existing business processes Coordinate team activities and prepare materials for town halls, employee recognition, and strategy working sessions Strong oral and written communication skills, including ability to distill complex/technical concepts and create PPT presentations for senior management Curate and manage centralized organizational repositories (e.g. SharePoint, TEAMs, etc.), global distribution lists, and communication channels to minimize duplicated efforts Lead, manage, and evolve the communications strategy across all EIS Risk & Controls teams Completing work in a collaborative and controlled manner and ensuring deadlines are met. Ensuring adherence to our agenda, brand strategy and templatesSkills & QualificationsThe candidate must be a self-starter who is able to work in a fast paced, results-driven environment and will have the following: At least 3 years of related experience (Business Management, Program Management, Financial Management) Proven experience delivering timely, high quality presentations and/or reporting for various projects and stakeholders. Attention to detail is a must with continuous focus on design excellence Demonstrated ability in dealing with different stakeholder groups and driving the agenda Excellent written and oral communication, organization, presentation and project management skills Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities with attention to detail and logical thought process. Excellent task management and organizational skills. Advanced level ability in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, TEAMs, SharePoint, Confluence Self-starter with the ability to think creatively and laterally with a high degree of independence Superior time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and prioritize both day-to-day activities and longer-term initiatives Highly adaptable interpersonal skills with the ability to successfully engage and influence a broad range of individuals across various complex businesses and key support functions.
