Job Description
Youth Coach’s
work directly with kids in the FCFC service segment who have physical, emotional and/or intellectual disabilities. In this service segment, the terms of the program generally run 6-12 months.The Youth Coach will provide direct support to the kids including but not limited to providing supervision, participating in community integration, assisting with coping skills, and encouraging socialization.
The Youth Coach is responsible to work cooperatively with the Program Director and other staff in developing, implementing, and evaluating the kid’s care and needs. This position reports any program or personnel issues, including household, medical, or maintenance needs directly to the Program Director.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Current auto liability insurance
- Reliable transportation
- Acceptable criminal record
