Full-time Apartment Maint. Tech. in Columbus (Worthington), OH.
Job Duties:
1. Must have painting, drywall, cleaning, light electrical and plumbing experience
2. Assist in the preparation and cleaning of market ready units, including remove trash from vacant apartments (trash outs) prior to make-ready.
3. Responsible for upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors and leasing office, parking lots and other community buildings on a daily basis.
4. Assist Maintenance Supervisor/Property Manager and/or perform assigned maintenance tasks in a timely manner.
5. Assist maintenance team with snow removal (If applicable).
6. Report any maintenance concerns for repairs on available apartments, models, and/or common areas to the Maintenance Supervisor.
7. Assist management team with other various tasks required.
8. Uphold all company policies, goals and values.
9. Deliver communication documentation to residents.
10. HVAC a plus.
On site 2 bedroom townhome available if needed, Worthington schools. Large community is looking for skilled, hard working team member. Must have painting, electrical, minor plumbing skills. HVAC a plus. Room to advance.
