We are looking for people who can do the following and not be taught or babysat.

Must have own vehicle.
Must be punctual and reliable
Must do what it takes to get the job done in a timely manner.
We have enough work to keep everyone busy 7 days a week! (Though we dont work that much)
Looking for people who can:
Paint (if you have to tape off, you cant paint. Im sorry.)
Plumbing
Electric
Siding
Windows
Tile
Drywall
This individual is not a hard thinkerĀ. Our team is made up of folks who just get the job done. No need to explain this and that. Just get it done and we move onto the next property.
