We're looking for a dependable, skilled Mobile Maintenance Technician to perform repairs at owner-occupied, tenant-occupied, and vacant apartments and homes.
Details:
- Pay $25/hr 2hr minimum per location- paid weekly
- 1099 position (independent contractor)
- Have your own basic tools ( drill, pliers, screw drivers, etc.)
- Must have your own transportation with full access daily- work locations vary
- No Drug Use- we need dependable, safety-minded individuals
- Experience with general repairs, plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, and light carpentry preferred
- Customer service mindset- comfortable working in customer homes and around customers while being respectful and professional
- Ability to follow project lists, understand requirements, meet quality standards, and maintain required documentation
- Clean background

This is a field-based role you'll travel to different properties to resolve various maintenance and repair requests. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well, and shows up ready to get the job done.
