JOB TITLE: Rehab/Punch Technician
LOCATION: Columbus, Ohio (multiple locations
PAY: Based on Experience
SHIFT: Monday-Friday, 8AM-5:00PM
Job Description:
Seeking candidates to join the Rehab Technician team. These candidates will be working to complete punch-outs in vacant units to get ready for new tenants. Candidates may also maintain the grounds & common areas around the communities. Candidates will be working with site-supervisors to assist in light carpentry, electric & plumbing.
Qualifications:
MUST:
-Reliable work history is a MUST
-Valid Drivers License & Own vehicle is a MUST
-General Mechanical aptitude is a MUST (carpentry and/or electric, and/or plumbing, and/or HVAC)
-Strong communication & professionalism is a MUST
-DRUG TEST and BACKGROUND is required
PLUS:
-HVAC and/or Trade certification is a PLUS
-Experience in a residential community is a PLUS
