Location: Columbus, OH - Must be local resource and ready for In-Person Interview

Duration: 6-12 Months contract

The resources must be able to work Monday-Friday at the SOCC data center in Columbus, OH.

Job SummaryThe IT Operation Management (ITOM) team is building an enterprise-level service operations, management and mapping solution using the ServiceNow product. We are actively seeking a ServiceNow ITOM Architect to join our team. Among the applications we are responsible for: Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, Event Management, and Service Analytics.

As the ITOM Architect, you will be expected to contribute to project and solution delivery including:- Drive ITOM technical vision and strategy- Lead architecture and design for ITOM components- Perform Application and Workflow Configuration- Develop requirements, acceptance criteria and test scenarios for data integrations bug fixes and enhancements reports and analytics- Interface with service areas and operations teams- Prepare for upcoming product releases- Champion ITOM best practices throughout the enterprise

REQUIRED ServiceNow Experience:
  • System Administration including Architecture and Integration
  • ITOM Implementation (Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping)
  • Application Development (Design, Scripting and Development)
  • Configuration Management Application expertise
  • Database design schemas and data modeling

NICE-TO-HAVE Experience:
  • ITIL v4
  • Infrastructure Monitoring tools
  • Application Monitoring tools
