We are hiring an Outbound Lead. This is a full-time, ongoing assignment.
Job: Outbound Lead
Pay: $19.75
Start Date(s): 10/30 and ongoing
Candidates must have:
Previous leadership experience required
Forklift certification/experience required
Previous warehouse experience
Effective communication skills
Good attitude and strong team player
Working in cold storage environment
Must be able to lift 35-60 lbs
Must be able to operate pallet jack
Ability to train and motivate a team
The job includes but is not limited to:
-Managing a team of Outbound Associates in performing the outbound process
-Overseeing the operations facility
-Stationing associates within the correct spots in the warehouse
-Working independently or in a team to pick, pack, and ship items
-Ensuring packages are sent out for delivery each operating day
-Working independently or in a team to pick, pack, and ship items
