Immediate need of two Top-Notch Maintenance Techs. Skills needs are.light electrical, plumbing, some painting, light grounds work. Will need to be organized, neat, quick, professional, and have good communication skills. An ability to follow written directions and work unsupervised is critical!
We have tools, but your own would be a plus. Reliable transportation is a must.
Any HVAC experience or certifications is a plus, but not required.
Your day will consist of performing work orders for our residents, completing unit turns, and anything else the property needs. Our Techs take pride in their property, and it shows! Great company to work for.
(My 2 present Techs are wonderful, however, we have promoted both of them creating this opportunity). Next man up!
