Hours:
Saturdays (10am-5pm)
Sundays (1pm-5pm)
Summary of Duties:
Give tours of our property to new prospects. Process applications. Move in and move out residents. Phone skills and e-mail proficiency a must. Handle any inquiries or complaints. Will be working with leases so must be detail-oriented. Must be outgoing and personable. Other duties could be added based on performance including accounting, marketing, and resident correspondence.
Additional Information:
Requires successful completion of a background check.
Required Qualifications:
At minimum, H.S. Diploma or equivalent.
Desired Qualifications:
Strong experience using Microsoft Office Products. Leasing experience is desired but not required.
