US Tech Solutions is seeking a “Desktop Service Technician” for a 6 month contract position with a client in Columbus, OH Job Poster: Deekonda Sai Teja Description: · Responsible for identifying, remediating and communicating issues and needs pertaining to the desktop computing environment.· The Field Services Desktop Team within IT Technology Services and Support is committed to assisting· This includes but is not limited to: PC’s, laptops, phones, scanners, printers, software, and handheld devices.· Provides technical expertise, fault diagnosis, identification, isolation and resolution for video and peripheral equipment issues and deployments.· Will need knowledge and experience in Microsoft Teams.· The 100% candidate will need knowledge and experience in Cisco Video, and basic Cisco VOIP programming as well.
