Overview

Credence Management Solutions, LLC (Credence) is seeking a Project Manager to support the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Video Operations Center (VOC) with establishing policies, standards, and procedures to ensure smooth operations of tasks and activities in DLA VOC and COOP locations . Duties will include program management services, meeting facilitation, office document drafting, presentation development, dashboard development, SharePoint content/updates, and reporting for DLA VTC Division.

Responsibilities

  • The Project Manager will provide oversight and leadership for contract personnel and interface with DLA NTS VTC Branch leadership on contract activities and status, including the development of weekly/monthly status reports.
  • The PM will be responsible for Contractor work assignments, project timelines, Contractor costs/schedule/performance in coordination with the Government PM, COR, and program office POC's to ensure successful progress throughout the period of performance.
  • The PM will provide technical support in security planning, programming and policy development activities. This may include development, research, review, and updating of VOC strategic planning documents.
  • The PM will provide technical writing, writer/editor, and analytical capabilities to assist Operational and Engineering staff in developing management directives, VTC projects, programs and initiatives, policies, and daily office correspondence.
  • Drafting issue papers and memorandums, point papers, letters for signature, agency correspondence, managing and tracking taskers.
  • Performing program management functions to provide expert advice, assistance, and guidance in support of management organizational and business improvement efforts.
  • Performing strategic, business, and action planning efforts to include assisting specialists with program implementation, tracking/evaluating performance measures and program effectiveness, examining policies, and providing strategic/analytical support.
  • Provide oversight of contractor personnel and schedules to ensure continuity of contract performance and quality work products.
  • Serve s as the project manager for a large, complex task order (or a group of task orders affecting the same system) and shall assist the Program Manager in working with the Government Contracting Officer (KO), the task order-level Task Order Managers, Government management personnel and customer agency representatives.
  • Under the guidance of the Program Manager, responsible for the overall management of the specific task order(s) and ensuring that the technical solutions and schedules in the task order are implemented in a timely manner

Qualifications

  • Must have Project Management certification (i.e. Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, other recognized certification, etc.) plus five (5) years relevant experience and 5 years of leadership experience with progressively higher responsibility in the public and/or private sector in the IT and/or consulting fields.
  • Sensitivity Level: IT-II- Critical Sensitive
  • Clearance: Secret
  • Education: Bachelor Degree
