We our a multi family apartment owner we our seeking an experienced at least 10 years of previous apartment experience maint tech. Must be able to pass drug screen and background check.
Be able to paint and drywall and get vacant units ready to rent
Have plumbing experience, hook up sinks, install garbage disposals, trouble shoot plumbing problems, install shower surround et
Have finish carpentry skills, install kitchen cabinets, install pre hung doors, install trim, install back spash, install kitchen counter tops etc .
Be able to trouble shoot various maint problems.
Have electrical experience install electrical plugs, trouble shoot small electrical problems
Have all around handyman skills.
Complete work orders in a timely manner with with a high percentage of no call backs
