Head/Lead Auto Mechanic needed for a very busy shop. This position requires top skill in all areas of automotive repair. Diagnosis skill is a must. Identifying needed repairs through diagnostic troubleshooting processes, following flow charts, and following proper repair procedure. You will be working on all types of modern vehicles, Imports, Domestic, Medium to Large trucks. We pride ourselves in proper vehicle repairs, we do not hang parts! We fix and maintain our customer vehicles properly, from scheduled maintenance to heavy engine repair and R&R. Requirements:
Ability to work on all variety of Cars, SUV's, and Trucks
Troubleshoot and diagnose vehicles for repair
Must be able to fix anything
Professional hands on experience with lube, oil, filter, brakes, preventative maintenance fluid flushes, transmission, alignment and diagnostics is required
Advanced understanding of under the hood, mechanical and under carriage assemblies
Must have own Tools
Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with customers, associates and management
Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
Valid driver's license and the ability to drive company and customer vehicles
