Position Summary:
Our Supervisor position manages installations and repairs, as well as maintains and services lighting systems for our clients according to schedule and applicable instructions. Team player who supports other team members in the successful accomplishment of our daily, weekly and monthly goals of the business.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Identify and rectify problems with landscape lighting systems, timers and transformers.
Performs job safely, effectively and efficiently.
Safely drive vehicle to clients’ houses or places of business.
Interact with clients to answer frequently asked questions and provide system overview.
Complete required daily job forms.
Maintain vehicle and equipment in clean and proper operating condition.
Other duties as assigned.
Ability to start work as early as 7am and work an 8 to 12 hour day. Normal work hours are from 7 am-3:30 pm M-F.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Ability to multi-task, manage multiple priorities and work with minimal supervision in a rapidly changing environment while maintaining strong attention to detail.
Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
Must have a valid driver’s license with good driving record.
Willingness to work outdoors and at various heights.
Strong technical aptitude.
Must be able to manage a small crew.
Must be a self-starter and be able to work alone.
Education and/or Experience:
Preferred hands-on landscape field experience with 1-2 years of prior experience and/or
Related landscape maintenance, landscape install, irrigation or other similar experience.
